Data Deletion Request.
You own your data. Delete it any time, from within the app or by writing to us.
What you can delete
- Your account (name, phone, email, language).
- Uploaded leaf and crop images.
- Farm history — plots, sowing dates, notes.
- AI conversations with the voice and chat assistant.
- Disease detection history and analytics.
Delete from the app
Open Khet Sathi → Profile → Settings → Delete My Data. You can choose to delete specific categories or your entire account.
Delete by email
Send an email from your registered address to delete@khetsathi.app with the subject "Delete my data". Include your registered phone number.
Account deletion is permanent after a 30-day cool-down. Uploaded images and AI history are wiped from active systems within 30 days. Backups are purged within 90 days.
What happens next
- We verify the request through your registered phone or email.
- We queue the deletion within 3 working days.
- You get a confirmation once removal is complete.
