Account Deletion Guide.

Deleting your account triggers a full clean-up across every part of Khet Sathi. Here's what happens, in order.

The 5-step clean-up

Delete Account

Removes your login, name, phone, email and language preference.

Delete Farm Data

Wipes all your plots, crops, sowing dates and personal notes.

Delete Disease History

Removes every leaf scan you have ever taken and the AI's diagnoses.

Delete Analytics

Purges device, session and usage analytics tied to your account.

Delete Chat History

Removes voice recordings and AI assistant conversations.

Inside the app, tap Profile → Settings → Delete Account. You'll receive an OTP on your registered phone to confirm the request.

Prefer email? Write to delete@khetsathi.app from your registered address.

Requests are queued within 72 hours and completed within 30 days. Backups are wiped within 90 days.
